Susan Kanzler is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She has practiced Hatha and Vinyasa yoga for the past 25+ years, although she really fell in love with Kundalini yoga about 4 years ago and has made Kundalini her main practice. Susan found practicing Kundalini and an Ayurvedic lifestyle helps her to better manage stress and feel more joyful, graceful, and energetic. Susan is eager to share Kundalini yoga with a larger community, so others may experience similar benefits. She believes everyone can reach their creative potential and find inner peace through meditation (including mantra), breath work (pranayama), and yoga. Students should leave her class feeling uplifted and more connected to their body and mind.
