Breath is the outward manifestation of prana or vital life force energy. Through specific yogic breathing exercises known as pranayama we can start to exercise control over the subtle energies within our bodies and ultimately gain full control over our mind and enter into deep meditation. This workshop is for those who have taken the Introductory Workshop to Yogic Breathing, those with prior knowledge of basic yogic breathing and/or intermediate practitioners of yoga seeking to deepen their practice. We will speak about Prana itself in relation to our everyday life as well as learn in depth the practice and significance of analoma viloma and kapalaphati.
